Memoria Photo collects the following personally identifiable information:

• Information provided during registration - user name, email and password. This information is stored in our database until the account is cancelled.
• Photobooks created by users. This information is stored in our database until the book is deleted by user.
• Photos, uploaded to the server or linked from public galleries. This information is stored in our database / filesystem until the images are used in at least one photobook and then deleted.
• Cookies - when you log in the website puts authentication cookie to your browser. The cookie is deleted when browser window is closed

Website log and visit stats are also collected, but are not personally indetifiable and thus not considered private.

Memoria Photo does not provide personaly identifiable information to the third parties with the following exceptions:

• Photos and photobooks created by users are publicly available

Memoria Photo uses user's emails only for communication with user on questions related to the activity on Memoria Photo website and never for sending unsolicitated emails.
