- Description: I was born in Port Elizabeth, studied Catering and moved to London when I was 20 and worked there for 4 years as a chef in various establishments and worked my way up to Executive chef level. While I was there I enrolled in the British School of Natural Health Sciences and am now have my Higher International Diploma in Nutrition and Sport Nutrition and Herbalism. Moved to Hong Kong after that for 2 years where I was company director of City E Nutrition, a catering and nutrition company, and catered for restaurants outside functions. I have travelled extensively in between. Now, I work as a nutritionist and catering consultant and a insane barlady at night. When I finally have some free time I like to write poetry, which lots has been published and I won an award for in 2 004. Other than that I read a lot and love any time spent outdoors. Last year I did a safari from Northern Mozambique back to SA. So far I have had no photos published but did a few shoots in London. I can’t remember the name of the company, it was a long time ago. I also did one for a local photography student for his university course and don’t know about those. I think they were only exhibited.
